Pecos Bill's BBQ is located in the Endless Mountain region of
Northeastern Pennsylvania. This family owned, specialty food and
catering enterprise is the passion of Bill Rupakus. It's hard to
remember when Bill realized that creating incredible food was his
life's goal. It started innocently when Bill began barbecuing
chicken for family and friends. One day, a friend suggested that
Bill sell his chicken, and Pecos Bill's was born. Initially, Pecos
Bill's BBQ focused on catering. But, as regular customers sought
Bill's special sauces for use on their own cooking, Bill decided to
bottle his sauces for all to enjoy.
